As a teenager I was diagnosed with scoliosis and have had back issues throughout my life and after having a baby I told myself enough was enough I needed to lose some weight and work on becoming stronger and being better about my posture. Over the years I had gone to the personal trainer that was available at the gym I belonged to and I didn't even know facilities like RPI existed until a friend of mine recommended Chris and I'm so glad she did. I love that I get focused time with him and that because it's by appointment only I am not working out in front of dozens of people like one would at 24 hour fitness or fusion fitness. Chris Rapoport is truly in a league of his own. You won't find another trainer who is better educated and truly knows how the body works and how to truly workout safely and get results. After many years of training and having worked with numerous trainers, I learned more in my first few sessions with Chris than I had with any other trainer combined. Before working with Chris, I was not only not getting the most of my workouts, but he also helped me eliminate some exercises in my routine that were not safe. So whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or are a elite athlete, I have no doubt you will not find a better trainer.
