Michelle is a "AMAZING"! Best facial ever! Never felt so pampered, she takes her time and is empathetic to your needs. She is one of the best customer service experiences I had ever encountered. I do not know if I have ever felt more pampered, she is someone that truly appreciates her guests and shows it by going the extra mile! It is clear that she really enjoys what she does, you can feel TLC that goes into her work unlike some other experiences I have had. I felt so relaxed and was on such a cloud when I left that I accidently set the fire alarm off on the way out! Opps! That is how good she is at her job! I will definitely be returning and will highly recommended her to others. If you are anything like I was this last year, do your safe a big FAV, you will feel that stress weight lifted. Side note...the place is a bit tricky to find, but it is a hidden gem, it turns out to be a hidden health salon/gym on a beautiful tree surrounded property. I am curious into looking into whatever this hidden Oasis has to offer!

After months of bad hair days finally went back to Plush Salon Ashley Pang worked miracles with my hair!! I feel like a new person! Picked up my spirits after all these weeks of Covid, fires and bad air quality! Big shout out to all for hanging tough with closures and restrictions Salon very clean, stations separated with plastic barriers, one client at a time and masks worn through entire visit. Wonderful!

I just got my hair done with Aubrey Ortiz and she is amazing! She asked for pictures of what I was looking for and she did not disappoint. She's very sweet and explained to me what she was doing, since I had a lot of questions. I really appreciated the tips she gave me to take care of my hair as best as possible at home. I will definitely come back to her.
