Planned Parenthood - Santa Rosa Health Center

Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, helpful, and clear. Information about privacy, cost, services, etc was made completely available with time to read it and ask questions. My complicated situation with income and housing was treated with enormous care and respect. Gender-affirming care — across the board — was stellar and treated as a given, not an exception. Wait time was short. I feel so beyond grateful to the folks at this clinic!

Amazing doctors, nurses & staff respectfully provide integral knowledge & services to the community. Made me feel comfortable and cared for, they went out of their way to work with me, despite my complicated circumstances. Wasn't expecting the level of compassion and professionalism I received, especially with medi-cal.

Great place. Friendly staff. It's also located in a private little area. Results are given asap. Clean facility. Super professional. I love how they make going to Planned Parenthood as easy as 1,2,3 Also they make it super easy to book an appt online.. which makes me super happy since I hate having to talk on the phone about personal things...
