Needed to update our filtration and softening system. Charlie and team came out, listened to our concerns and carefully mapped out a plan to get us where we wanted to be. Charlie provided very clear answers, didn't try to up sell and showed genuine interest in improving our situation. The installation ran into issues and required adjustment on the fly (this was due to idiosyncracies of how the prior owners installed water lines/electric) and Petersen-GPM was in contact throughout. The team took time to answer all of our questions, checked in to ensure everything is working properly. I highly recommend contacting Petersen-GPM for your water treatment needs.

Tyler and the team at Petersen were able to work with us to find a high-quality, fast solution for our well water. We were thrilled with the UV light filter that they brought out and installed, making our well water taste amazing. They were so knowledgeable, had a much easier process for booking than competitors, and provided expert, professional service. They also were able to service our well within the week while local competitors gave a 2 month wait! These guys are total stars -- highly recommend.
