We were very concerned when our house needed tenting but as soon as my husband met and spoke with Pat we knew we were in good hands. They were on top of every aspect of the tenting process. Lynn, in the front office, was helpful and handled all communication in an excellent manner. The workers took care with all our belongings and plants, and very special care was given to our 25 year old koi, situated very near the house and unable to be moved, who made it through the process in good health. When some inadvertent damage was done to some small pines next to the house Pat and Lynn offered to reimburse us the cost of replacing them. We could not have chosen a better, more helpful, and professional company for what seemed at the beginning a daunting process but which Pat's Affordable made so much easier.

Very professional and honest and communicative. We used him for a pest inspection pre home sale. Have not engaged him for mitigation efforts. But, he showed up when he said and I believe he was thorough.

We were applying for a refi on our mortgage and had to get a termite report. Such a daunting task with scores of termite guys near and far. Patrick is a local who lives right here in Santa Rosa and has been in business for 30 years. After reading numerous YELP reviews about other termite inspectors suggesting thousands in treatment, I was really fearful. Patrick charged a very reasonable price for the inspection and did a thorough job, and in addition to checking for termites, suggested things we could do to avoid future damage. He is an honest, personable professional and I feel lucky to have chosen him. You can't go wrong with Patrick and the name of his company is absolutely perfect.
