Amazing service!! No matter what time of day I come in, I always get in to a bed super duper fast! The girls never fail to make recommendations and tell me about all the new specials and deals!! Love my PB Marlow girlies

They need more team members. I waited 15 min to get checked in. Then told to wait while she "turned the room over real quick". She proceeded to check in the 4 more people that had come in since I started waiting. Total wait time 25 min. Poor service with only 1 staff member on site. I miss the old location in Bennet valley.

Ladies at front desk where helpful a little overwhelming with pricing they have different level and I had no idea what I was picking. If you go with automatic payment is around $20 cheaper and good thing is you can pause your membership whenever you like.
