Aurelio repaired a very difficult underground leak in our water main in front of our house, and he did it within hours of being contacted, by using time between jobs for excellent communications in advance, and then working very efficiently, knowing precisely what needed to be done. He was also able to charge a very reasonable cost by pinpointing the precise repair needed, with no attempt to upcharge or sell us on unnecessary upgrades, completely unlike what I have seen other larger companies try to do when we asked for quotes or services. Absolutely thrilled by the service received by Aurelio and his wonderful company, North Bound Plumbing. The issue for his visit was water gushing onto the countertop from the air gap when running the dishwasher. Aurelio cleared the blockage causing it, something a previous 5-star company was unable to find! Not only have I found the most knowlegable and caring professional, but as future issues arise, as they will, I am so grateful to have finally found the very best! Five stars!
