I worked with Monica again in 2018 to buy my current house and had the same experience. She is FANTASTIC. Definitely the realtor you want on your side in this market. I'm not ready to look at a new house at the moment but I do still get listings that might interest me and she checks in every once and awhile. I always recommend her when someone asks, and she has helped two of my friends through their housing searches as well.
