Owner Kim called me to say she will need to increase my prices. Very angry sarcastic and condescending. I tried to have a conversation with her to find out why she was needing to increase my prices. Instead of trying to talk, she got belligerent. I tried to give her feedback about the way she was talking to me as a customer. But she did not want to hear it and got more sarcastic and condescending. And here's the best part.... She called me an a****** and hung up the phone. Yup called her customer an a****** and hung up the phone. All of this for forty dollars. Hope it was worth it. I would have given you the extra money even for the b******* service you guys give me every month. If only you were a human being and knew how to speak to your paying customers with a little bit of respect. Good luck, you angry sarcastic condescething irritated hopeless business owner. I'm sorry you ever got a penny of my money.

I'VE BEEN PAYING THIS BUSINESS OWNER FOR OVER 3 YEARS. SHE CALLED ME TODAY, VERY RUDE AND HOSTILE... TELLING ME SHE NEEDS TO INCREASE MY PRICES. It's not the fact that she needs to increase my price that bothered me but how she did it. She called me while I was working and starts telling me about how much she has to pay her staff and everything else and how she has to increase my price and it's non negotiable. I told her I would call her after my meeting. I called her back and tried to talk to her about what was going on, after all these years. She continued to be hostile and didn't want to hear my feedback about me telling her that her approach is inappropriate and unprofessional and she could have handled herself differently. And she CALLED ME AN A****** and hung up the phone!! Great customer service. I will be reporting her to the better business bureau as well. Do not do service with Kim. Save your money. She calls her loyal customers assholes!!

They didn't dust the items on the plate rail, only the plate rail itself, so I called them back to do that - which they did, some. I lifted up a throw rug and there was smutz under it, so called them back again to do that. They hadn't lifted ANY of the throw rugs. While I was waiting for them to finish that, I noticed a lot of dirt behind the settle. The leader said "We don't move furniture" and I said "Then vacuum under it!" For the price ($185/hour for 3 girls) I expected a LOT better cleaning! However they did get the toilet really clean, and that's a hard job with our well water; but they missed cleaning the soap dish.
