I grew up as a Kaiser kid through my mom's health care coverage. As an adult I continue to have Kaiser insurance. I've witnessed healthcare undergo a significant transition while implementing "Telehealth". E-visits are trending and have paved the way for the future of healthcare. I'm satisfied with the relationship I have with my current primary care doctor. Shot out to the guy by the name of Russell R. who drew my blood in the lab. He was very skillful and nailed it on the first try. I appreciated his customer service and conversation, he was fabulous. Thank You Russell!
I was at 3975 Old Redwood Hwy Kaiser last Wednesday morning at 8am to get my Covid shot. Everything was going great , I loved the visit, but while I was waiting in the room to see if any side effects appeared there was a man in there who works for Kaiser and he sneezed in his hand three times and although he had a mask on, I couldn't believe he was sneezing in his hand and then didn't sanitize it. I would expect anyone who works in a hospital if they have to sneeze sneeze into their arm and then go sanitize at the very least.Otherwise, everyone was helpful and nice and the shot was painless!
Been here several times for physical therapy and would easily rank it a middle of the road experience. While some of the physicians are pure gems, others not so much. I feel like that is typical though for many hospitals and this location is not of an exception. I will say it is always clean, ample room, and friendly staff, which is a huge plus. Again, it is really the hit or miss care that left me giving it a 3 out of 5 for the several times I have visited. Hopefully they can strive to hire better staff in the future!
