Gary at GAC did a great job for us. Our new tankless water heater stopped working and gave error messages. He opened a claim for us with the manufacturer, contacted them to speak to their tech group, got parts ordered (under warranty), and got everything installed and programmed.He made sure that all the plumbing appeared to be installed correctly from when the unit was first put in.Gary was always communicating with us and explained not only the process getting it working, but how the tankless units actually work so that we understood the unit better.We highly recommend him and will be using him for our annual maintenance on the unit.

I cannot rave enough about GAC Plumbing and Gary Cox. Gary serviced one of our on demand hot water tanks and replaced the other. He did excellent work, everything is working fine now. He always arrived on time and returns phone calls and texts in a timely fashion. His final bill matched his estimate. He has great customer service skills. I will call him for all our future plumbing needs and recommend him highly.Services: Toilet repair
