Gabriels work boots and shoerepair

Took a pair of heels and boots for repair. Lady up front that other reviews mention is Gabriel's mom... was just as sweet and nice to me, because i engaged with her and didn't treat her like some hired help. Would definitely recommend, especially when a good cobbler is difficult to find around here.

From start to finish 5 stars! I called them about my favorite old boots needing to be resoled. The owner assured me that they could do it. The price was fair and the work beautiful. The communication about how of operation was great! They were delivered in the amount of time I was told they would be. Her customer service was the way it should be everywhere! I have not 1 thing I could say I wasn't satisfied with. I will definitely use again. I highly recommend them!

I walked into the store and was greeted instantly, immediately I felt welcome and the customer service was beyond expectations.Maria, I believe her name was: gave me the history of the business and walked me thru the process of their boots rehabilitation- the price was very reasonable and the turnaround time was very manageable! I will be returning for more business and to pick up a new pair of work boots for sure!
