“Wow! What an amazing facial I had from Kiki’s Skin Studio yesterday. Sooooo relaxing and cleansing. I feel like my skin is positively glowing! It was such a nice cozy atmosphere from the location of the studio itself (tucked away off Mendocino in a beautiful little cobblestone walkway with fountains and cafe atmosphere) to the tastefully decorated spa room itself.
It was a cold morning but I was tucked in a warm room with comfy warmed sheets and relaxing music.
The products smelled heavenly and I’ll be looking into buying some for home use because I liked them all. I’m booking another facial here for next month!“

“I have gone here 4 times now. First 3 times were excellent, very happy with my service as they kept my shape exactly how I like it and just did a clean up. Most recent time, my stylist threaded my eyebrows much thinner than I have had in years. Very disappointing as it took so long to get them to this point. I will say, she did an excellent job getting my lighter blonde hairs (which are often missed) but just over did it on the shaping.

This was an isolated incident compared to my first few times and I may consider going back in the future, but will trial going elsewhere for now.“
