We called Economy Lock & Key to help open our front glass safety door that had become stuck. We called at 8am and they sent out a great service person named Ronnie. He arrived on time and quickly solved the issue. Though the door's main locking mechanism was deemed inoperable, he worked to get the proper keys made to allow us to lock the door using the deadbolt(s) and did so in a timely manner. He was quick, courteous, super helpful and made our day in being able to finally open our front door. Anytime we have a lock/door problem, Economy Lock & Key is the place to call, great value, great service and good people!
A five Star rating! They delivered a perfect customer service experience. Very friendly & fast service. I've never had a replacement car key made before so I'm familiar with the prices but they charged me $97 for a traditional standard key. Very nice and helpful guys though.
Ronnie was incredible! Fast, attentive, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. He respected my landlord's house rules and was so good at his job! Everyone on the team who fielded both of my calls (I called once before they were open and then once more after they opened for a cheaper rate) was professional and very helpful as well.
