I had Eco Energy come out to help us take care of a problem we have with rats getting into our home. Brandon came out to first do an inspection and seemed to understand the problem very well. So I decided to go with them and he did a very thorough job, placing screens everywhere there was an opening, including in the attic and under the house. Afterwards he showed me all the places he put the screens and then texted me 27 photos of places that were difficult to access where he also put screens. I recently purchased a new property up in Santa Rosa and needed to get the old insulation and air ducts replaced after the home report showed evidence of rodents. A few years ago I used Eco Energy Bay Area in Oakland and I was very satisfied with the services so when I saw they have a new local office in Santa Rosa I didn't give it a second thought to go with them. Thankfully they are just as amazing as I remember. Dan came out and did the inspection. He showed me pictures and a video of the damage in the crawlspace. The gentlemen who came to do the job were very friendly, and Eco Energy Bay Area did a great job. I am happy to have found a company that cares about their customers and their environment!
