Living closer to the woods/more land brings mice and such that we prefer to not have the run of our house. It wasn't the worst situation however it felt important enough to get the experts in to tackle any issues and keep them anywhere but here. I put out a YELP BID REQUEST for Exterminators early August and had received 5 replies, Mister Jude from Don't Panic was the first reply and it sounded like a real person vs a random format letter. The person that I wanted to further evaluate the companies became too busy, and I was too busy, hence it went on the back burner for 2 weeks, then I called and spoke to Jude, great guy, asked good questions and listened.
