I can't say enough about the owners and staff that I worked with. I was the only living relative of my 78 year old brother. Living in Idaho, in the middle of the night I got a phone call that he had died unexpectedly. He had not left any instructions about his final wishes. I called someone I knew in Santa Rosa and asked for help. They recommended Daniels Chapel of the Roses. At 1a.m. I got a call back from Carol Daniels. She told me they would come right away. And they did. She said they would call me the next day. They did. And so it was every day until death certificates, urns, processes, every detail was handled and my brother's remains were lovingly given to us....read full review

Our loss came as a surprise and we were traveling. I called Daniel’s Chapel of the Roses and they were fantastic, so very caring how they handled our need. We met with Taylor, who also a caring and professional person, to handle planning and scheduling. Every step along the way was professional, caring and met all of our concerns. We plan to make advance plans for ourselves.Thank you to all of the staff at Daniel’s Chapel of the Roses.
