Mark came out to provide us with a quote and I told him our AC was not working. He was able to fix it so it would run prior to installing a new HVAC system and did not charge us for the initial visit! His wife, Shari was very nice and she does the business side of the company and also does some install work as well! He spent several days and had to take a wall out that was blocking the heater and he did this and was able to replace it after the new heater was installed. We discussed several options on heaters and also heat pumps and we decided to stay with a conventional gas heater and slim line AC, both made by Bryant. He did a wonderful job , he was also very neat. He was here when the state inspector came and will come back when the City of Windsor comes to sign off and also do his inspection! His pricing was very reasonable for the work needed to do the job! We recommend and will continue to use Mark Constantini!
I feel this review was long due. If you have any needs related to HVAC, Mark is your guy. He installed a brand new Furance, AC including the complete overhaul of 40 years old duct work for us. He is very reasonable, honest, reliable and fairly priced. He did a super clean and great job. He is super prompt and never beats around the bush. He is our HVAC person for life.
We have a 35 year-old Carrier AC that still works great. When the controller board failed, rather than insisting on replacing the unit Mark bypassed it explaining that our new thermostat control in the house duplicated the control function and the external controller was now redundant. Super competent, super honest, the only HVAC company I'll be calling in the future!
