Sher E. has described our encounter with Gary and Clear Heart Drilling very well. Our proposed well site (in 2018) was difficult to access and with Gary's explanations and Clear Heart's equipment, the job was performed very easily. The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature. There was a small cosmetic problem with the installation that Gary quickly offered to fix. I ended up fixing it myself with his help and our new well looks and performs as well as we had hoped. We recommend Clear Heart Drilling with no reservation.

Amazing. Uncommon integrity. The owner Gary Soden is an unusual man. Quick to respond to emails, caring and is insisting on coming back to my house 2 hours away to try and correct a dry hole that was no fault of their own. Could easily of walked away but cannot without trying again. Loosing money in the process.Wow. Thanks Gary. Anyone considering drilling a well should consider these guys. While drilling is always a risk they are going out of their way . Pablo the driller also a wonderful man.

I had the pleasure of hiring Clear Heart Drilling to put in a new well in 2014. Every part of the process was smooth and professional. Gary (the owner) explained everything in clear non-technical terms and when I asked a few technical questions he shifted gears immediately. I wanted to put the well in a specific spot on my property - the other drillers I interviewed couldn't get to that spot because their rigs were too big. Clear Heart had a rig that was able to put it exactly where I wanted it. Clear Heart staff took care of the required permit swiftly. I'm located in the City of Santa Rosa - so note - you CAN have a well inside City limits. (Ironically, the permit is not issued by the City.) The crew that did the drilling was polite, professional and fast. They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing as they went and seemed happy to do so. It was a fascinating process and I never felt like I was "in the way". The well was placed in an at grade vault - like what City water meters are in, so the well is pretty much invisible. To sum up, Clear Heart did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they originally quoted. I couldn't be happier.
