This company is top notch. Originally, I was upset because due to an unforeseen error, a loose connection with the sump pump led to a major flood in my mother's crawl space. David the owner, Levi the technician and Mishka in the office went above and beyond to make things right. Levi was sent out ASAP to correct the issue and they set up dehumidifiers and an HEPA filter to clean and dry out the space and even hauled the damaged boxes away. I really appreciate their concern and thoughtfulness, as well as their attentiveness to rectifying the situation. We are now loyal customers.

They did a great job cleaning up the crawl space, trenching, installing a sump pump and liner. They showed up on time with a smile each day, covered my furnishings and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.I feel much safer from the elements now that Clean Crawlspace did their thing. It is so hard to find great contractors and tradesmen. Pricy, but worth it. Owner, David, is very invested in the customer experience.

Loved every bit of working with clean crawl space. They always stayed in touch even when we had to make adjustments on our end, they were super flexible and reasonable.I have actually used them a few times. I highly recommend
