When my Dad started declining, someone suggested them as one of the local mortuaries I should consider setting up a funeral plan with. I spoke with Althea, and immediately felt that she was the right person to work with to create a plan for my father's eventual memorial. She was compassionate, personal, professional, flexible, available, and I always felt completely committed to fulfilling my needs, not her business'. Alsatia was absolutely wonderful in our time of need, our grandson just passed away at Stanford Children's hospital at 3:20 am and she had her team pick him up at 5:00 am and bring him to the Chapel of the Chimes in Santa Rosa where we live. This was no easy feat since we needed doctors, nurses and Stanford security signatures to release our grandson. Alsatia was extremely through and sensitive to our traditions during such a difficult time.Our family tradition is to bring our grandson to the Philippines for his final resting place after a service in Santa Rosa.
