I have worked with banner enterprises several times over the years. I have always found their people to be honest and accurate. Their work is exemplary. I will continue to use them in the future.

"Crooks" is the only way of describing this company. I sent a water backflow test form to Banner for them to perform the test as soon as I received the form from the City. The City usually gives you about 3 months to get it done. My property is a house with a granny unit that has a single unit for the backflow testing. After the test was done, Banner called me to collect the bill which was supposed to be $120 for both the units that are at the same address. I was told it is $190!! When I asked for an explanation, they said there are other fees added of which, one of them is processing fees for receiving the form late.
