Dr. Westrom is a wonderful doctor. I understand he's retired, so this review is about the front desk staff in the Healdsburg office and the Santa Rosa office. I cannot believe that anyone, especially a medical office where people feel vulnerable and need some level of kindness, employs the kind of people they do, and that you deal with on the phone. Not just the worst I've dealt with in a doctor's office, but EVER delt with. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unlike anything I've experienced with, ever, in any office of any kind. I've been buying a product for 30 years from Dr. Westrom's office, and now I will go somewhere else. Seems as if , since he's retired, no one manages this staff. Truly sad to see, especially since I owe a lot to Dr. Westrom for what he did for me 30-years ago. I wish him a happy, healthy retirement.
