I was having a difficult time getting a screen to fit that was brand new from the manufacturer Milgard. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a second screen door that still would not fit. This went on for two years. I called several local glass shops and everyone put me off. Until this week when I called all screens, I phoned them and explained my problem and at first they were hesitant to help me and I was rude because I had already phoned several places and no one wanted to help me when I explained this to the owners of all screens, they changed their mind and decided to help me. And I apologize profusely for being rude. There really is no excuse to be rude. I was just extremely upset that everyone previously was not willing to help me which was no fault of all screen. It was a fault of previous peoples interactions with me. I am thankful they forgave me and proceeded to help me. Words cannot explain how deep my gratitude is. And what a magnificent experience that this has become I brought my screen into them and they cut it down to the correct size and it fit perfectly. I was extremely thrilled because I went round and round for two years and no one would help me. I'm extremely thankful when I saw their sign saying veteran owned company. I was so incredibly pleased with this experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your window screen needs!!! And they have the cutest, mini bully dog for their shop dog. I absolutely love getting to meet this dog!:)

An excellent experience from start to finish. We looked at All Screen security screen solutions for increased safety, fire-safety, and ventilation for our home. The project itself included two doors, but also a pair of sidelights on the sides of the main door; additionally, we hoped to match the frame color to our existing color scheme. Despite the relative complexity of the job, Rick and his crew came very promptly to study the project and discuss the possibilities with us, making an additional visit with the product company representative, and provided a reasonable quote almost instantly. We put in the down payment and were informed well within the projected timeframe of the product's arrival and scheduled the installation. That went without a hitch, cleanly and efficiently. In addition to being completely satisfied with the product (which is sturdy, stylish, but unobtrusive), the process, and the service, I would like to point out that Rick and his crew were professional, prompt, personable, and all around a pleasure to work with. Good people doing good work. And we very much appreciate that, and everything we have learned from them. You cannot go wrong with them. Highly recommend!

Came out same day to get me a estimate. Had knowledge and gave me great ideas on how to solve a few issues we had with Flys and visibility. Very professional and gave me names of local vendors for other projects as well:)
