I purchased the 7000TL model . My experience from start to finish was excellent. There was an issue with the factory assembly of the power unit but that was easily corrected and an employee of Quick Jack in customer service named Sol was very helpful, and made sure my experience was too notch. She went above and beyond and because of that I am a happy customer. I highly recommend Quick Jack and their products.

I ordered the 5000lb QuickJack on eBay during a sale. After setting up, initially there were some problems. The flow distribution valve on my power unit was bad. Luckily, there was an incredibly dedicated and competent support rep that made the process of getting a replacement part so incredibly quick and easy. What started off as a reasonable disappointment turned into a wonderful experience. Edit: After I submitted feedback on their website about a call I had with someone at bendpak I believe, they called me back and were very helpful and nice on the phone. I haven't used the jack more than the first test lift since I just got it last week but just based on the phonecall I had with them just now they are very helpful and well the test run with the quickjack was flawless on the focus I was testing.
