At 64 and a lifetime of doctors I must say that this office is the most efficient, professional yet honestly caring team of doctors, FNPs, nurses all the way to billing etc. They use technology well to get you an appointment, follow up with you afterwards while always listening with interest! “Dr. Spencer is among the best physicians I have ever encountered, in any specialty. During my cataract surgery, he talked, explaining what he was doing and the progress of the surgery, which is characteristic of office visits, too. He is an excellent listener and is very attentive to possible vision problems, dealing with them quickly and efficiently. He has a wonderful and friendly office staff, too. Going to his office is a pleasure and I highly recommend his practice.“

“I have been Faithfully coming back to see Dr. DeJong. Dr. DeJong has helped my health so much since started seeing him!!! I started having major health issues in 2018, was diagnosed with pancreatitis in 2021 and had surgery. But even after surgery I started to have complications, after finding Dr. DeJong he has helped to find me answers to my health crisis and he does not stop trying to find answers. They have always tried to give me a same-day appointment when I needed it. All the doctors and Rosalva have been very professional and helpful with my care., Dr. Josphine Soliz was my family doctor since I first started. She was always very knowledgeable and very caring. “I have been a patient of Dr. Ford since 2014. He was recommended to me by a primary care doctor in Orange County who went to med school with him. He told me Dr. Ford was among the top of their class and worked hard.Dr. Ford has always been very caring, is a good listener, gives ample time during in office visits and has helped me maintain good health. I have a number of chronic health issues. I am a senior and a disabled person in a wheelchair over 20 years. They treat me well here.The office staff are great and relay messages well. They are helpful and courteous and I have never had a problem with anyone. The doctors filling in for Dr. Ford are also top notch. Their PA is very good. I cannot believe anyone from this practice including accounting would ever receive a rating less than 4 or 5 stars.Post Covid 19, the wait time is seldom more than 10 or 15 minutes. Same day telehealth or in person visit, no problem. And, they serve Medicare patients, too.Thank you for your help and caring attitude, everyone at Rose Avenue Medical Group. “Doctors are great here ! They are so professional and respectful! I've been pregnant twice and both pregnancies I've went to this clinic they are great ! I also take both my kids here and I like the doctors my kids have had. I think like all Clinics sometimes an appointment will be available sometimes not and that's okay. If it's urgent I usually take my kids to urgent care or ER. The ONLY thing that I do have a complain about is the women that answer the phone. I totally get that we are All human we have bad days ! But Come on ladies we can work on those attitudes! The only woman that occasionally picks up the phone and is absolutely so sweet and kind is Gabby ! Haha Since I've been at this clinic for 3 years I learned her name ! All I'm saying is maybe they can all learn some kindness from Gabby! She can give them a training and maybe the clinic can give her a raise because she surely deserves it!“
