Helena was very easy to talk to and understood we wanted a very natural look, not something that looked as if we were wearing alot of heavy makeup. After seeing Niki’s work, I was ready to make the change and switch to Niki. I sent pictures of my eyebrows but unfortunately they didn’t reflect how dark my brows were in person. Niki apologetically declined to do my eyebrows but I was very appreciative for her honesty and sincerity. She took the time to inspect them carefully and developed a plan with me. She very easily could have taken my money and done the work with suboptimal results. It was obvious that Niki only wants to do her best work at all times and takes immense pride in customer satisfaction. She was so easy to work with and she was so accommodating of our schedule. I surprised my mom with her and I getting our hair done for a wedding that we were going to and I was a bit nervous because my mom has never been happy when someone else has done her hair. My mom absolutely loved what Diana did and she felt so beautiful on the day of the wedding. She was so so patient and did so much better than even our inspo photos!
