I believe Kay lacked integrity in our transaction. Possibly fraudulent behavior but more digging would need to be done to confirm. She was in over her head, had no clue what she was doing and was there to basically skim some commission dollars off a transaction she had no business being a part of. She did not add to the transaction but subtracted from it. She was so ignorant to what needed to happen that she delayed and harmed the transaction. I would say the transaction ultimately failed in large part to her incompetence. Incompetent fraud. Disappointment.Update: Kay is deflecting and trying to cover up her lack of any industry knowledge. She was beyond incompetent and had no clue how to shepherd a transaction. She was there to smile and collect a fee while adding zero to the transaction. Incompetence at its finest.

Horrible lady she is the worst. She denied me from a shelter. Okay with being fake pretend your this sober person. You should stop having the people you shelter go to your place it’s super unprofessional and really disturbing. Run and tell my mommy now.
