Tom was great and I would recommend using his service. He was quick and actually communicated a real ETA. He also over communciated with pictures of the pick-up and drop since I wasn't with the car. Great service from an industry that is difficult to navigate. Thanks!

After a 3 day, nightmare trying to get trip AAA to assign a wheel lift tow-truck for a speciality tow, and 2 other calls to horribly incompetent tow companies (1 lost my request while I was on the phone)- Tom was FAST, FRIENDLY and CAPABLE!
