Where to begin…The Study is an incredible personal training gym. I’ve tried out a few on the west side, and can’t recommend Julian, Alexander, and the team at The Study enough!A former college athlete, I had gone through a few injuries over the past couple of years that had me struggling to find a consistent/safe training regiment that focused on injury recovery/prevention and building a solid foundation.
