I began seeing Dr. Le in April for a 6 mm disc herniation at my L5-S1, which likely began years ago. I had visited other chiropractors before, but none had helped provide me with any relief. The pain had become so severe that I had considered surgery. I was unable to do much aside from standing or lying completely flat. I also had an important trip coming up that required sitting for at least 4 hours on a plane, and I had planned to cancel it. At that time, I couldn't sit for longer than a few minutes.

I have been coming to Dr Le about four years now. I’ve been in RN for about 23 years and it has taken a toll, Starting about seven years into it. I ended up with so much pain in my back, tried everything, injections, physical therapy, nothing worked. I could only walk about 50 feet. after being off work for almost 2 years, the doctor said that nothing would help at this point but surgery. I had 2 lumbar fusions, 2 laminectomies, and a spinal cord decompression. At the time I was I constant 10/10 pain, couldn’t sleep more than an hour or 2 at the time. I will be forever thankful for finding Dr. Le and the spinal stenosis and disc center! Being young with bulging discs, I felt stuck with my inability to be active — but after a full treatment with Dr. Le and team I can confidently say my body and life have changed! I’ll be continuing to visit Dr. Le for tune ups to ensure I am in tip top shape! 10/10 recommend ?
