I did not get a service here, but I got honest advice that my sewing machine was not worth the trouble to fix. It still works but there's one minor problem, and the gentleman working took a look at it while I was there and advised me it would me more expensive to fix than it's worth. I appreciate the truthful, honest advice!
I had my vacuum canister repaired and cleaned in studio city. The charge was $80.00. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the belt in the head was broken. They put a refurbished head on and I tried it out. It broke while I was testing it out in the store. They accused me of breaking it. I guess I did . It broke. The guy said it was broke before. OK. I don't want it. I want my original parts. They said they looked all over for the belt and couldn't find one. At home, I looked online for ten minutes and found one. Really honest nice gentleman. I brought in a small vacuum. He said it would be more expensive to fix than to buy a new one. And the motor could go out after fixing the problem. He did not carry small vacuums. I really appreciated his honesty and help. I am happy to recommend this pla r
