Mark helped out with my Dyson vacuum during the holiday season. I really appreciate how he walked me through how to avoid clogging it again in the future and how to take care of it afterward to avoid repeat visits Dakota's sweet presence was an added bonus. I did not get a service here, but I got honest advice that my sewing machine was not worth the trouble to fix. It still works but there's one minor problem, and the gentleman working took a look at it while I was there and advised me it would me more expensive to fix than it's worth. I had my vacuum canister repaired and cleaned in studio city. The charge was $80.00. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the belt in the head was broken. They put a refurbished head on and I tried it out. It broke while I was testing it out in the store. They accused me of breaking it. I guess I did . It broke. The guy said it was broke before. OK. I don't want it. I want my original parts. They said they looked all over for the belt and couldn't find one. At home, I looked online for ten minutes and found one. I looked online for a different repair shop and found Smith and Lee. I brought it in . Mark was there and changed the belt. My vacuum cleaner works now. Mark didn't charge me. Thank you Mark.
