I've been using Santa Monica BMW for my maintenance and repair work virtually exclusively for the past 15 years. However, I've made the decision to terminate that relationship. Today, I was charged approximately $2,500 to replace the starter in my 328i. I subsequently undertook some research to find local, competitive quotes. The competitive quotes were all in the range of $1,200 to $1,500. I've wondered in the past if I was being charged excessively but this is the first time I've checked with other, local competitive service providers. Santa Monica BMW charges are far too high for me to not go elsewhere.
This review is for Jose in the sale department , I just wanted to say thank you for going above b beyond to get the situation that came up handle swiftly and easily like a good sale representative should , I suggest anybody thinking of buying a car from here ask for Jose you won't be disappointed thanks again .
