Excellent, deliberate and specific care. My muscles, tendons and mood are healthier because of Sadhana Health. They have a new and very spacious facility. I love these practitioners.

I was a long-time client of Heather (the owner) for many years. I still drop by once in a while. I know she holds the same standards to her team as she holds of herself.I certainly received a lot of excellent massage therapy that helped me recover from a surgery, as well as from various daily injuries, and it also helped me recover from intense workouts where I overdid it.But what I really got from Heather was an education on how the various muscles and tendons work, and how stress in one place causes stress in another, and how an inflamed tendon feels in a situation where it's at some risk, and how all of this affects my life.
