Rolf Structural Integration-Massage Therapy

Jon is incredible at what he does. Structural Integration can be painful and emotional at times, and when working with Jon, I always feel like I'm in safe and in excellent hands. As a dancer he's really helped me during a few times of experiencing extreme pain (and usually only in 1-3 sessions). Jon creates space in the body to heal, and I always feel back in line after seeing him!

I've been going to Jon for 3 years now. It's amazing to realize that without rolfing as done by Jon my body is in a lot of pain. But if I go to Jon regularly, I stop feeling my body, i.e. I live without pain, even if for a few hours. Once you experience your life without a single pain, snag, ache, you will always remember that feeling and will always try to get back to it. And Jon can help you.

Jon is a remarkable bodyworker and I can't believe it took round 2 of intractable pain to write this review. I was rear ended in a car accident 20 days ago and ended up with a couple herniated disks so when I called Jon I was literally bent forward and leaning, unable to stand straight. He 'unlocked' part of my left side so thoroughly I wept from joy and relief. Jon combines a deep knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics with a gentle healing spirit.
