Rolf Structural Integration-Massage Therapy

The Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a program of manual therapy designed to align the body’s skeletal position in the field of gravity. By improving the postural structure our body we can alleviate soft tissue pain, promote increased energy, allow freer joint movement, improve body awareness. Multiple appointments are required to begin the process of change. Typically there are ten 1 hour or longer sessions needed.
