Emily was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and just a lovely person to be around. When I was looking for an apartment, I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found so many amazing options for me. She showed me the apartments I wanted to see right away, which was great because I was kind of on a time crunch. Emily knew a lot about the apartments and the general location so it was nice to have all my questions answered. When we found the apartment I loved, the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, and Emily negotiated the price for me (which I didn’t even know was possible!) to a number that I was comfortable paying. Michael Cruz was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This was our first time purchasing a home and we had a lot of questions but Michael’s advice, knowledge, and guidance really helped put us at ease and he made sure everything was a smooth, painless process. The advice he provided during the negotiation process really helped us secure our dream home.
