absolutely one of my favorite places. The people that work here are the kindest and most accommodating. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I’m so greatful !! The rooms are clean and have everything you need and front desk makes my sauna experience easy and stress free!

My friend Isabella recommended perspire sauna. I have done red sauna in many other places and I have to say perspire studio has beautiful private rooms with spacious red sauna rooms to enhance the experience, there’s a tele you can use to watch YouTube, Netflix or simply have relaxing music like I do. Also, Yani the person that greets you at the entrance was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming! I definitely comeback and I highly recommend this particular studio.

Perspire sauna is a hidden gem on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica. I've had a monthly recurring membership for over a year now and it's worth every dollar. The space is kept spotlessly clean with just the right touches for a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The sauna units are spacious, high quality, with IR, color light therapy, and internal speakers to accompany the exterior video monitor (I usually select a looping ambiance YouTube video). A weekly session does wonders...for example my facial skin complexion is healthier now, and it's great after a workout for an extra calorie burn (but hydrate well with electrolytes before, during, after)....read full review
