Nail Spa Lane is a wonderful spa with really great service. In addition to providing excellent nail, massage and waxing services, each person working here is careful, kind and thoughtful about doing their best. I have been going here for many years and always feel relaxed and cared for when I leave.

So very disappointed in the quality of service. I went in for a manicure which I haven't had in several years. The entire process took 20 minutes or less. I felt like I was in a fast food McDonalds for nails.

Just got a regular pedicure, I know you can get more if you pay more but was a little disappointed how little attention to the experience there was. She kinda just slathered lotion on my legs for two seconds :( really wanted even a little massage. She also forgot to put the little scrub on, everyone else had it in their regular pedi. Appreciate her time but wanted a bit more for the price.
