Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, it's VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!

Fantastic service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!I was having trouble with my 4+ year old iPhone XS Max and called Apple Care & found out that my battery was at 77%! Evidently it's never supposed to go below 80% or your phone could just stop working. I can;t afford to let that happen... could anyone??I'm sure most people would just buy a new phone but I have zero funds so found out I could buy a new battery and have it installed for about 1/10th the cost of a new phone. I used money from my GiveSendGo campaign to purchase the new battery.The Apple Care rep told me I could go to the 3rd Street Promenade Apple Store to deal with this and I said absolutely not cuz there's too much...read full review

Brought in a Mac laptop for repair under warranty after a poor experience seeking help in an Apple Store. Here it was quick and easy. All billing was direct from them to Apple. Thank you. In future, if needed, I’ll go here first.
