Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. They know what they’re doing! From the team of photographers, to the rest of the entire working staff made this moment very personal, touching, and comforting. The photographers really help boost up the confidence, provide such beautiful instructions to posture you… just AMAZING. The way they treated my dog Syn. For people that saying this is a scam; just cause they promoting their business through Facebook or Instagram; to win a portrait valued at 2K ; does seem kind of sketchy at first and mostly cause they ask for a deposit; but like any other business. It honestly think it was a bit high of a deposit $200, but as long as you show up your deposit will be refundable.I also was worried at first with everyone saying it was a scam mostly on yelp; the day before my appointment I tried calling several times to the studio and no answer. My husband and I weren’t happy with the outcome of the first session, we tried to fix it and we were promised a resolution. They’ve been very professional and supportive. Not to mention staff is amazing, from the front desk help to the photographers and editing artist, they are all so charming and talented. Place is very neat and welcoming. People saying that it is a scam, I can disagree and say it is a outstanding high end art service, and may not be for everybody.
