I haven’t done dry cleaning in almost 5 years (covid, moving from NYC to LA is a different wardrobe), but I AM BACK. I loved Flair. They were so nice and did such a good job. It was fast (used to same-day, was shocked to be quoted 3-5+ days from some other places). They have a great app, swift and efficient pickup/pay - just great great service I haven’t really experienced in LA. I may start taking in laundry just cuz I like it so much.
I used to live in Studio City and use this cleaners. I moved to another city. it became too hard to go there so I Went to three different dry cleaners, and they ruined my clothes. now I have to drive all the way to Studio City when I want my clothes clean because I only trust flair cleaners.
I switched to Flair recently and they were super professional. They were transparent in pricing and timing, were incredibly kind (gave me 20% off my first order) and parking was easy. I had previously used a nearby dry cleaner on Wilshire Blvd but left because the other dry cleaner’s staff were unfriendly and regularly changed prices for the same services or told me they wouldn’t charge me for things and then did when I came in to pick up. Flair seems to be a great decision so far.
