Amazing customer service, I needed to use the restroom on my way to work and both employees let me use the restroom with no questions asked. Normally in this area you would get denied access to the restroom if you aren't a customer but these 2 employees saved my morning.
They were very fast, professional and competitively priced for supplying the glass(didn’t use service). For constructive criticism: I would consider smaller than 1inch sculptured grilles (7/8,3/4,1/2 etc) also the glass finish could be better at the edges where the black sealant is. I would work with them again.
Honest and straightforward to work with. I really like the quality of the work they put into installing a large vanity mirror that would stay on the wall. I have to unfortunately ding them one star because the installation gentleman, Barry, damaged my drywall in installing a cabinet showcase mirror, and I had to find somebody else to patch it up. Not the end of the world but added hassle. Also, he had to go back to the shop to grind the mirror the right size because apparently the space into which the mirror was supposed to go was not the perfectly level. He made an excuse about how he assumed it would have been done right, but he did come out to make a field measurement a few days before and it seems he missed that. A careful professional would have picked up on that issue on the first visit.
