Larry was a true professional throughout my experience with the killim cleaning. Found him here in yelp and sent him a quote and he kindly replied quickly and with a reasonable price. Handoff and drop off was easy to schedule and my rug is noticeably more vibrant and less dusty then before. Will consider him again for all dry cleaning needs!

I had a fantastic experience using this mobile dry cleaning company owned by Larry! From the get-go, I was impressed by Larry's exceptional responsiveness and friendly demeanor. Communicating via text made the whole process so easy. Not to mention, the quick turnaround time AND extremely reasonable pricing, especially for Santa Monica. I was quite protective of my delicate cashmere and silk pieces, but Larry handled them with utmost care, leaving me worry-free. What truly stands out is Larry's attention to eco-conscious practices - using my own velvet hangers instead of disposables and providing a reusable garment bag, which is a big thumbs up in my book!On top of all that, the added bonus of Larry's friendly dog accompanying him during pickups and deliveries makes the whole experience even more delightful. Petting his pup is truly a highlight! Overall, I highly recommend this dry cleaner for its exceptional service and personal touch. I am now a loyal customer of Eco coastal Cleaners. I'm so glad I discovered it thanks to Yelp. Kudos to Larry and his team for running such a top-notch business!

Great experience! I stumbled across Eco Coastal Cleaners when looking for dry cleaners in west LA. I had a suit, jacket and shirt that needed cleaning. The shirt in particular had a bad stain that I could not get rid of, but Eco Coastal CLeaners succeeded! My other items were returned clean and freshly pressed.One of the great things from Eco Coastal Cleaners is that they're mobile, so the entire process of dropping off and delivery was very convenient. I interacted with Larry. I submitted a request for a quote through Yelp, which he responded quickly to. I reserved a pickup date through their website, Larry came to pick up and gave me a time estimate for the cleaning (2 days because I wasn't in a hurry). Throughout the process, Larry was very communicative and gave me a 30 min head's up when he was about to arrive.Prices were also reasonable. Larry accepts all form of payments, and I ended up using Venmo. Everything was very convenient and professional, and I would definitely recommend.
