This is more a of 3.5 star review. I had a one-hour facial with Lauren and while the overall experience was nice, I started developing perioral dermatitis after this visit. I had never experienced this prior to the facial and it's been a problem since that day. I'm not sure if it was the products she used, her technique, my skin reacting or a combination of everything but it developed in the exact area where she did a bunch of extractions. Unfortunately now I have to take a one month course of antibiotics to treat it. I probably won't be coming back because I don't know what was the source of the dermatitis. I get facials all the time, use tretinoin regularly (stopped a week before the facial), and do microneedling, etc regularly without any issue. While I have sensitive skin it's by no means reactive to most things. One last thing, it's a little frustrating that they lock the front door during business hours because they don't have a front desk person. I had to call several times while waiting outside to let them know I had arrived for my appointment. Hopefully they can change this to make it a more seamless process for customers.

I had a hydrafacial here. The service itself was okay, but i ended up getting a really bad breakout afterward. It didn't seem like normal purging. So, obviously, I wasn't a fan.

I just had a facial here by Vinny and he was SO sweet and helpful. He really listened to my concerns and took his time explaining everything to me. My skin also feels more moisturized than it has ever felt. The spa itself is really pretty and has a cool design. You're in this almost cave-like structures. It's unassuming on the outside but super cool on the inside. Definitely check this place out! So happy I went.
