Very satisfied with the level of professionalism, skill and customer service that Smith Electric has. We use them at times at our different branches from Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles and they always do a very good job. Lenny and Benji are the best, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Smith Electric was one of the only companies I found in SM that didn't charge to evaluate our furnace & give a quote for their services so right off the bat that's good customer service! The office staff was on top of it with fast scheduling plus they were knowledgeable about the process (from the home visit to getting the detailed quote via email). I also found their quote to be reasonable given th repair issues with the furnace. We haven't scheduled the work yet since we're just settling in (& it's still summer) but it's on the To Do list so I'll be following up with Smith Electric soon! I just recently began working for them as a union sheet metal apprentice. I find myself surrounded by men with a tremendous amount of skill, experience, and love for being craftsmen. Besides all that they are wonderful people who provide one of the most safe, conducive, and healthy work environments I have ever experienced. These things translate as a whole into high quality work and fabrication, in an efficient manner. I'm very excited to be a part of their team! Thank you for your time.
