“Kathy is amazing, the only thing I find a bit odd is that the receptionist is a tiny bit rude, my family and I have been a customers for years. When I call, receptionist is always in a rush, no answers or vague answers, not much help there. My husband went in to buy gift cards and he found rude treatment at reception. I think the welcoming service, phone and in person has room for improvement. But overall is very good.“
