Waited for far too long and when the time came my pedicure wasn't what expected. Nails weren't painted right and massage wasn't even a massage I got a deluxe pedi and I honestly the qualify was as if I paid for a regular basic pedicure.

Went there yesterday and the chirl who sits in the second row in the middle did a fill for me and when I said I wanted more of an almond shape, she started speaking in her language to the next chirl sitting by her and laughing, and then told me no that I need to stick with coffin. Then she cut my skin with the electric file and then was laughing about it and it still hurts today. She barely used any acrylic. So my nails are thinner than I'd prefer. I'll go back to get fills because they do a good job there compared to all the other places, but I won't be letting her touch my nails again. And she had the audacity to ask for a tip as I paid! Ha! My biggest pet peeve is making an appointment to just sit there waiting forever. I totally get it if my person was finishing up another customer but she wasn't. I have been going to Bella lately because overall she's done a good job. The first time I went to Bella she seemed annoyed and when I didn't like the color I chose because it looked different than on the sample she snapped back at me and said "WELL THIS IS THE COLOR YOU CHOSE" so I just dealt with it. My friend who recommended her said she must have been in a mood so to try her again. So I did and it was fine. But today I am just done trying this place.
