Although the location is not in the best area, it is cleaner and more pleasant than many other gyms. Some members mention feeling uncomfortable due to the presence of homeless individuals and drug addicts who have memberships, and there have been incidents of stolen belongings in the locker room. Despite these concerns, many still enjoy the overall gym experience and the benefits of Big Fitness Energy™. Notably, the staff, including friendly employees like Richie, help create a positive and supportive environment for members. However, the gym does not offer classes like Zumba or pirates, as it focuses mainly on workout equipment. Overall, this Planet Fitness is a clean, modern gym with attentive staff and a positive atmosphere.
